Arrival Guide to 208 Queens Quay West Unit 2009, Toronto, ON, M5J 2Y5 ( Parking Level 1 – S81)

After picking up the Keys at Hasty Market on 129 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, go directly to 208 Queens Quay West (Waterclub Condo complex).

****For guests who require PARKING-

The main entrance to the WaterClub condo complex is from Queens Quay West (GPS address -208 Queens Quay West).

The building 208 parking garage and lobby are on the right side of the main Waterclub complex entrance. A 150-meter drive to the right side is required to see the building lobby, and another 25 metres to see the Underground Parking.

To enter the garage, you would require a Garage Remote (FOB).

The parking spot number is S81 on LEVEL 1 (P1), the same level you enter the garage.

The entrance door to building 208 FROM parking spot S81 is approximately 50 steps. ( Near parking S95)The building entrance door is on the right side when you are facing the wall of the parking spot.

The building is secure, so you must use a fob to enter the building door and the elevator.

***** Guests who DO NOT require Parking- taking a Taxi or Uber ( Maybe for walking guests also)

Request 208 Queens Quay West, Toronto, address for your Taxi/Uber. When you enter the complex,

A 150-meter drive to the right side is required to see the Lobby. The lobby entrance is at a circular driveway with a water fountain in the center. Once inside the Lobby, go to the glass door near the fish tank ( on your RIGHT) to enter building 208.

****Guests who are WALKING ( Or your Taxi or Uber drops you off at the intersection of York Street and Queens Quay West)

The WALK-IN entrance of the 208 Queens Quay West building lobby is at the corner of York Street and Queens Quay West. This entrance is shared with another building of the Waterclub condo complex. ( 8 York Street)

Once you enter the Lobby, take the glass door near the fish tank ( on your LEFT) to enter Building 208
